Hayle Film Club - our Next Screening will be a matinee on Saturday, 9
November, at 2.30pm, in honour of Remembrance Day. upstairs in the Passmore Edwards Institute, Hayle Terrace.
Ken Loach's excellent
documentary "The Spirit of '45" (rated U, for a general audience)
thrusts viewers back in time to the immediate post-war years, when
Britain's workforce came together to rebuild the country and form a
united front under the Labour movement.

Tickets are £5 per person (no concessions), or £4
for members, and can be bought from the Bean Belt (Penpol Terrace), or
by calling Sarah Turk on 01736 752319, or online at
www.haylefilmclub.org.uk. Tickets on the door are subject to
availability.
